There is a large amount of paperwork that must be filed out and information verified but the funding can cover many of the day to day expenses that a client can incur.

Another great trick to lowering the cost of litigation is to have your lawyer sue them for your costs. A client who wins a case can usually recover their costs for attorneys in addition to the judgment. This will allow the costs to be lower as well as increase the penalty to the individual being involved in the legal action.
